This took me a while to make cause of outside forces >> But it's 1007 words, a quick two page indulgent fic of snuggles between friends.

Misew was alone in their room and needing company, so they called up their friend to come over.

Needy and Alone
Misew sat there on their bed, tail flicking back and forth softly over the sheets and created a little bit of rustling noise. It was… lonely. They didn’t have anyone around with them, it felt like hell having no one with them… They were always so touchy and having no one around to be touchy with was driving them absolutely nuts. Misew pulled out their phone and texted one of their friends, the conversation ending quick as their phone started to ring.
“So… do you think you could have the time to come over at all? Like, it’s so damn-“ Misew started before the soft but gravely voice on the other side cut them off and spoke up.
“Yes yes, I can make you some time… But you gotta provide some snacks this time, Mew. I’m not just buying you oodles of snacks and coming over, just to have you eat them all with nothing in return.” The voice spoke up and Misew let out a soft whine at this, kicking their feet a bit.
“I-I will! I have popcorn and chips… and a big comfy bed…” Their tail curled as they spoke, looking back at their bed. The pillows were all puffed up and they crawled over to fall on top and hug onto one. “And I can get netflix rolling on the tv…”
“Oh shut up already, I’m getting my shoes on. I can hear the needy in your voice already, you just want to cuddle up and watch movies, don’t you?” Misew pulled their lips back into their mouth a bit, nodding and making an affirmative sound to the other’s accusation. “Yeah, I’ll grab some cans of lemonade.”
“Thank you, Jessie… Please hurry.” They had whined out the last part to the other and got a soft but loving groan in return from Jessie.
“I will, I will… just wait there for me, ok?” Misew nodded again and hummed, sitting up while holding the pillow to their chest.
“Thank you, Jessie… I love you.” They purred out, getting a scoff from Jessie before the dial tone. Misew sighed and got up from the bed to go grab the snacks, still holding the big soft pillow in one arm. As they walked their tail swished behind them under the over sized shirt they were sporting, lifting it a bit to see the briefs they wore underneath. It took a few minutes to pop all of the popcorn and get the bag of chips they had, it was just enough time for Jessie to show up. As Misew was about to head upstairs and put the snacks up in their room, the doorbell rang before the door opened to show the red panda standing there with a case of lemonade in cans.
“I brought the drinks, bitch. Get your fluffy ass up to your bed.” Jessie spoke loudly with a grin spreading over his face. Misew looked over and perked up, ears raising as well as their tail.
“Jessie! Perfect timing- I was about to head upstairs!” Jessie chuckled and walked over to Misew, holding the case under one arm and the other to gently grab the top of Misew’s head to pull it close. He kissed their forehead softly and rubbed the back of their head, making them purr out and smile back. They both stayed like this for a moment before heading to Misew’s bedroom, Jessie teasingly chasing after them. Misew let put a soft shriek at that and moved forward faster, smiling wide and giggling. They let out little hisses to the other and laid down on their bed after tossing the bags of chips and popcorn on the side table, Jessie following with setting the drinks down and jumped to get on top of Misew. They shrieked out and smiled wide, hugging onto Jessie and kissing his cheek gently.
“You’re such an ass!”
“You love meee.” Jessie teased the calico and they just chittered in response, the male only cupping their face in return and blowing a raspberry on Misew’s cheek. Misew shrieked again and laughed out, wiggling and gently pushing Jessie away who was cackling and grinning mischievously. Misew looked up to him and their eyes widened before shoving him back.
“N-No! No no no- ACK!” Jessie started to attack Misew’s sides and hips with wiggly fingers, making them squirm and laugh out from the sudden tickles. The two of them rolled around on the bed, play fighting and Misew getting tickled over and over again. Soon Misew had gotten on top of Jessie and pinned his hands down to the bed, panting out tiredly and huffing a little bit. “Asshole…” Jessie grinned at that then leaned up some to blow another raspberry that them.
“You still love me and there’s nothing I can do to change that, you know that.” Misew let out a little huff then leaned over him to grab onto the tv remote and started up the tv.
“Oh shush…” Misew had a soft smile on their face though, they did enjoy being around him. He wrapped his arms around Misew’s waist and rolled them over, Misew turning once they were down. Jessie held Misew close to himself and laid his head on their shoulder as they started up a Disney movie from their Netflix.
“Disney?”
“Were you wanting to watch something else?” Jessie hummed and shook his head lightly, nuzzling at their neck gently.
“Mmmm no, just was curious… thanks for inviting me over.”
“Thanks for coming over… it feels so much better having you here again.” Jessie smiled at those words then rubbed soft circles over Misew’s stomach, making the cat purr as they watched the movie and munched on some snacks. As the movie droned on, Jessie had noticed that Misew’s purr had grown louder and they had stopped reaching out for snacks or a drink. He looked down to see they had fallen asleep in his arms. He smiled and pulled the blanket up over them as he whispered goodnight.
