Well, considering how much I eat and the such a fit body isn't something that one can keep just like that, so I gotta hit the gym every now and then, is an enjoyable time. I get the music I like on the airpods and just go through the exercises, like here, weighlifting with the three superior limbs. This time I am not wearing any airpods today as I managed to get Dess to come with me, she isn't that much into exercising in gyms, she likes more going cycling, but hey, she seems to have found something interesting to look at here.
