I finally finish this or at least to the point that I am satisfied with this (for now). Took me 4 days.
It was nearly finish but I keep adding and changing it so there were like 5 other alterations on my PC.

I feel like I'm just coming out of the metro and seeing this majestic, handsome, refined fellow standing in the middle of the street near the plaza around of the station entrance. He's just aloof, I know, but I always feel like giving him a hug. I'd love to invite him for coffee and a small meal. I like to imagine him reading in his well-appointed apartment or townhome, wood paneling on the walls, a plush rug underfoot, some tea and a pipe. Yeah, I I got the son bug bad. He brings it out in me. *love*
The tricolor palate of black, blue and red works quite strikingly here. A rainy city at night never gets old. I still love the city like this to this day after nearly four decades of it. It's magical!

I must say you are a MASTER. The amount of work and detail you've put into this is amazing. I love finding art like this, as it tells me a story at first glance and how it makes me analyze the scene.
The first thing that caught my attention is how everyone is paying him no attention. They have all their umbrellas up and just caught up in own their own world. But not him.
This Lion intrigues me. He doesn't care about the rain, almost as if there is no need to make a fuss of it. To me he has a dominant presence, he's obviously looking at something and is examining it thoughtfully. That to me shows' he's intelligent, but I also feel may give the mistaken impression that he's very stern. His posture would suggest strong and confident. I immediately have respect for him and would even be tempted to befriend him.
The scene itself is impressive. I like the reflection off the ground and the illumination from the bright light near the bottom of the street, reflecting off the top his jacket and some tips of nearby umbrellas. You also intrigue me further with the emphasis of red objects in the picture: the umbrellas, the boots, his cap, tie, and even the edge of his scarf. Perhaps a hidden meaning.
This is a captivating and intriguing drawing. My favourite of the evening⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Well, that expression certainly does say "This cat doesn't like being wet!" ^_^
The detailwork in this really is impressive. I love the blurring effect you use, both for distant parts of the scene and to hint at the mist/rain in the air. I'm not certain if the streetlights are supposed to be ones from any particular city, but they strongly remind me of the old, original antique ones from here in San Francisco.
You may feel you can do reflections better, but I love what you've done with them anyway, both the diffusing halos/streaks and the overall shimmering quality they have. It gets the point across without being too bogged down in how it "should" look, very impressionistic.
The more I look, the more I see. I love how you add a tail here and there to show the passing figures are furries, but not every one has such an identifier; it lets us fill in and assume everyone in the scene is a furry, but...what if they aren't? What if some are humans in a mixed world? And then of course there's the utter realism of everyone just passing by, caught up in their own little world and ignoring the umbrella-less fellow in their midst--who, despite my initial comment, is actually rather enigmatic in what he's feeling. He may not like being without shelter in the rain, but he otherwise doesn't seem to be letting it get to him. Pensive? Sullen? Distant? Resentful of someone or something else? Or...I feel I detect a certain shine in his eyes that may not just be the reflection of the light; could it be tears? Regardless, he does look like he could actually be sorrowful...the crossed arms don't just denote someone closed off and standoffish, but someone who is alone, who is keeping others away because he's sad and hurt, not out of arrogance or sternness. And then, as the person above me noted, there's also the very interesting use of red...although the one blue light and the orange in the distance also add some great splashes of color to the night.
I love noir scenes. I love city scenes, and I love when rainy scenes are done right, and this one absolutely is. Makes me want to get inside, get warm and bundled up, get some hot cocoa and a good book...and hopefully, bring this lion along with me to give him whatever he needs--a willing ear, an engrossing conversation, or simply somewhere dark and quiet save for a hearth fire that he can sit in to get dry while he contemplates...whatever he needs to contemplate.

Well, it seems you have not gotten much notice or interest in the past, based on some of your comments, or at least that you deserve more detailed critiques. And in any event, the picture really is great and leaves a lingering impression. ^_^
Ahh I see. Well a lot of street lights look alike, I imagine. I hope you do get to see it!
