I have a Gengar as my main in Soul Silver, and I LOVE when they do cute things when following. I picture this when my Gengar, Phantas, is looking at me inquisitively.

They do have occasional differences sometimes. My Gengar spaces out a lot because his personality says he's often lost in thought. So I catch him standing around drooling quite often XD
