a bit of a redesign of my wizard bad guy idea. made his color scheme more purple, cuz purple is considered a royal color and hes suppose to be more classy then the others

Nice design. I think the whole vile thing is because of the helmet design and color scheme, but to be honest, the resemblance is extremely faint.
I also agree that the shoulders and the boots look a little contrasted in design, but it has a certain charm about it. Overall, a really good design, even if it gets a little guff for the helmet.
