His appearance, while mostly static, isn't set in stone.
As an accomplished illusionist he can change a great deal of his appearance
as evidenced by his decision to primarily appear as the depicted Anthro form despite being Human.
His illusions do have physical presence.

The thrill of the chase following his numerous heists.
He's known to quite often intentionally skirt the line of being caught just for fun.
Luka very much enjoys taking on new personalities and trying to pass unnoticed while using them.
Feels a strong sense of loyalty to his 'Sister', Luna. He considers her to be one of the only people worth sacrificing for.
Has a significant personal pride in discretion. He views secrets as a sacred trust and will practically never betray them to others.
Repays honour and trust in-kind despite not always trusting others.

Absolutely hates fire. It's a dice roll as to whether he'll react angrily, fearfully, or cautiously to it.
Has a strong disregard for authority, views rules and laws as little more than suggestion.
Has an intense distrust of other magic users (aside from his Sister) due to events during his childhood.
Luka has a very short temper, while he won't outwardly show it if it can be helped it makes him very quick to write people off.
He is often overcritical of his own mistakes, holding himself to a higher standard than he does others.

Luka's backstory/flavour is something I want to write at some point,
however right now I don't feel comfortable doing it.
Until I have something set in stone consider his 'lore' to be flexible.
