Information: With so many different people and cultures all living together in the world, it may come to some surprise that there have been few if any wars or serious conflicts. Disagreements between nations are rare, but when they arise a summoning ritual is preformed to call on Jurrat the Judge. This great creature is said to be in direct contact with the those beyond the stars and as such is a trusted arbiter between nations. The judgement of the hydra are considered final and are always fair to both conflicting parties. Jurrat's origins are shrouded in mystery and it is uncertain when it was this creature first came to guide peace between nations. It's been surmised that Jurrat was once a terrestrial dragon who's age and wisdom lead to interventions and peaceful solutions to conflict. Though Jurrat is not without some conflict as the two heads will often times disagree with each-others rulings for days on end, before coming to fair and equitable terms.
