This started off as a random idea and warm-up sketch, but I decided to actually finish it up. I reinked the linework and colored it in SAI.
This idea came to mind after I saw the the new design for Ifrit in the Final Fantasy 7 remake, and I guess I was inspired to try out a design. I don't know why he became a sergal, but here we are.
