Pandora is one of the few witches that lives in the human world. After passing her Witch Exams at 13, she was given an official magic license to make her a real witch, because she was the smartest in her school at the time. that made her get it even before she became an adult. Seeing monsters trying to blend in with human culture inspired her to study on how each different monster functions.
