Spontaneously inflating can be pretty disorienting ... luckily, Riolu was able to stop just in time to avoid filling the room ...

He's definitely improved his control... but only just ...

I imagine select 'mon are born with the ability but don't become aware until after some time. Riolu is one example of a late bloomer

...but only just enough to not blimp out right away... but once he stops to focus on staying on the ground, things will go round XD
