Highly unlikely. Nemet has been in the fandom since the 90's. He's been the same chimera fox since then. Really, dragon/fox mixes are not unusual, especially considering dragons and foxes are common species. In short, no it's not a "copy" of you. There's plenty of overlap in the fandom.
