Coming out of her/his shell is a term for overcoming shyness...but she is an egg, and when you get a Poke-egg, you sometimes dont know what you are gonna get, thus why Peterotto is concerned.....isnt worried about her being shy, just what she will hatch into....cause may prove he's not her father.
