So Fanell is the god of protection, as the god of protection, he was born with some pretty strong magic. Out of the magic he has control over he is well known for using his reality-bending magic to warp certain spaces and things, in this picture his hand paws have grown in size for a bit of soft fisticuffs. The weird circles around his hand paws are little holes ripped in reality which caused the sudden hand paw growth.
