Update Progress on skekLi.

Next Skeksis in the line, one I think most are as crazy to see as much we want the Mariner to show up: skekLi the Satirist. Pencil Sketch and its gray out image to work on it later.

P.S., if you guys see like lines in the image, yeah you aren't far off. The damn scanner is acting and is creating these Gray/clear lines in the image. Any suggestions? Also, Scroll Keeper going up tonight pass Midnight.
