Threat Level: 2 - Minor (Threat to a group of people)

Here's another addition to the Maeran Monster Compendium - the Moontail! They might look friendly at first glance, but they're essentially giant alligators - they will eat you! They can be found sunning themselves on ocean coastlines and hunting prey deep underwater. The appendages behind their head function as olfactory organs that pick up on the faintest smells underwater, allowing Moontails to easily sniff out their next meal. Swimming in Moontail territory is, of course, ill-advised.
