Another character from my dbz rpg days.
Garner was an alien who excelled at energy attacks and science/technology.

The pixel art i did of this guy was so much fun! I customized him so all of his physical attacks were performed with various tail strikes.
So while everyone else in the game was throwing punches and kicks, i was looking awesome xD

His specialty was creating new strains of saibamen <3

At one point, he became the right-hand man to one of the most powerful demons in the underworld
