An Indeedee with the head of a male and the body of a shiny female.
His previous owner was a scientist who wanted to expand on the breakthrough discovered by Cara Liss. They didn't just want to limit the breakthrough on fossils, however, they wanted to experiment on live Pokemon. That's what Yue and Chloe (a shiny female Indeedee) were captured for. The result of the fusion between the two Indeedee led to Yue's head and Chloe's body being put together while Yue's body and Chloe's head cease to exist. Chloe's consciousness was also lost, but her instincts remain intact as Yue sometimes displays feminine behavior despite his instincts being completely masculine before.
With their psychic abilities being forced into one body, however, Yue was able to escape the scientist by manipulating space by opening a dimensional portal and escaping through there. After days of coping with the loss of Chloe and bearing her body, Neil was introduced into his life who was more than happy to show him how to live with a female's body. Soon after, Yue became one of Neil's loyal pets along with Chiko.

After discovering this Pokemon in SwSh, I had to make an Indeedee character, so here he is! And yes, of course what you think happened at the end did in fact happen.
