Had to submit to cell shading style ince ill have to use it in animation. Yet i think adding that extra chin end fur changes the character. Anyway scrap.

Is this the same character as your avatar? If so, then, yes, the extra fur on the chin makes it look much different... maybe he's growing a beard.
The shading looks good, except that having the shaded in part over the one eye and not over the other kind of confuses my eyes as to how they fit in the face... can't really explain it better than that.
I love his cheek ruffs. :)

Same character, ill remove the extra fur than :D
Yet you're right about the shading, i messed up the shading on the left eye. Actually, didnt figure out the light well now that i look back at it. More value studies. Dude thanks alot, always help to have comments like these : D

Nice structure you have going here, it is further accentuated by the shadow map. However as Chibale said, the shading over one part of the eye and not on the other. If you look at how you mapped the shadows, the light is coming from the right side (his left) so his right eye should be in shadow. Also don't forget to follow through with the shadow on the nose, and mouth as well. Other then that, good work my friend.
Cool, but also study the masters like Caravaggio, Ingres, etc etc. Study how they play with shadows. Not only did I study these masters, I was being trained to draw and shade like the great masters did. It'll help you in the long run. Start big, then work to the finer details (ie: fur texture)
