I farked up alot on this image, but i don't care anymore, I rather like it.
Those who have read the B.P.R.D books will recognize this character.
In life he was a true Physical medium, however there was an accident, and his body died while he was floating around as ectoplasm. So the B.P.R.D made him a body of sorts that he can ... "live" in.
Anyhow, he can use his ectoplasm to communicate with the dead, show others a soul nearby, or scare a bunch of critters by making it look like theres a big monster there.
He's possibly one of my favorite characters.
