almost easier. You still need to use a modeling program for it. You should try things like Blender. Though i will say blender is a bit overwhelming to use at first glance.

I know, but 3d modeling and drawing are two different mediums. 3D modeling takes a more complex route as you may have to build Polygons or mold digital clay to get the model right. Just ask killerO
