This thought has crossed Caitlyn's mind sometimes, though she would never readily admit it. She'd consider a number of what-ifs revolving around if she became pregnant.
She could become pregnant from an encounter with a Pokemorph she trusts to become her life mate, or a random pokemorph she met in her travels. On the other hand, her parthenogenesis mutation could kick in and she'd self-impregnate with another daughter-clone.
Either way, her Refuge jumpsuit will no longer fit once her belly has grown large enough. She'll simply be forced to change her wardrobe until she gives birth. The largest question being what she can wear that's still modest and doesn't make her look too much like some wasteland farm girl.
Its not an idea she likes thinking about, but it is one she must contend with eventually. Unless of course she decides to sterilize herself, but she'd rather not do that unless her health was endangered.
