Fixed up the legs a bit and with a bit of suggestion regarding the ball, adjusted the timing of the ball a bit. Let me know if there are any other improvements ta be made

Well this is currently just a base-model at the moment. I figure once I get the look of it right I can go and open it up to anyone wanting a not-too-detailed character dribbling a ball. It currently has no face because there's nothing being animated there so there's less of a need to add more detail there and slow down rendering time when I'm adjusting stuff
