It is an ankle wrap. I wear them sometimes when I am stunt performing. That way I do not sprain my ankle when doing falls and rolling off the airbag.

They SyrVet Syrflex cohesive flexible bandage. They are the same wraps that you see people put on the ankles of horses. They are great for they give great support to the ankles but also at the same time flexible.
