3V0LV3 was not normally agile or quick when she evolved to have a humanoid looking frame she did not learn to run, only walk. When she rips the genetic code from a creature, it kills it in the process and only grants her one thing. Which is why when her race starts off they are very easy to destroy. But if they manage to get strong enough to survive the planet, they can become a force to be reckoned with.
