I posted a note in the forum in regards to Wags, been re-watching married with children on netflix and totally forgot about that but it was 1992 so it was a long time ago ^_^ I was searching around but could not find anything out it. I'm thinking it Doug Wingers work, it looks like his work and the time frame is right but I cant find anything to confirm it.
