Oh, I know this one! In fact, I still have the double art of him you posted way back in '07. He's identified merely as Mallrat, though it does carry a copyright mark from you and Giuscard. As I remember, you'd gotten the look you wanted, but hadn't fleshed anything else out about him, other than he hung around the mall all day.
