I think we maybe have different understandings of force in mind. Impressing the Storm, now that was certainly a 'forceful' event - but it had to be done. You're also slightly misled; it's the Storm's job to apply force where necessary so that things don't change... at least not from they otherwise should. And they play politics with each other. Don't feel bad - I spent a long time labouring under the same misunderstanding.

I'm a diplomat, see. A persuader rather than a fighter, and when reactionaries show themselves I'm there to fix problems before conflict happens.
