Chibi Miki!
She's the same unnamed thing as Oliver, and it's a being that's part of a mythology I'm creating. But I'm not going to post the concept chart for them until I finish thinking out everything for the mythology.
ANYWAYS~ She's totally stupid, because they don't keep their memories from when they were human, plus she doesn't seem to pick up on things unless you directly tell her. But she's almost always crack-happy, minus the crack~
And yeah, their eyes are black minus the iris.
