Scott Dallas - Callsign: Tango - is part of the mercenary group known as the Broken Liberators.
A defected soldier, he is one of two infantry in the squad. Although trained in a variety of weapons, his favorite is the Vultnokov 96 Assault Rifle due to his preference in mid-range engagements. The versatility of the weapon is what he highly favors it, especially when it has a grenade-launcher attachment.
He along with the rest of the Broken Liberators are now currently on the guise of the Triskelion Spiral, their goal being similar to Samuel Horus: to shatter the HWDP.
One of two twins brothers - his other brother being Chris, he is considerably rather goofier than his brother. Also known for being overconfident, often talking big about himself and trying to one-up others - more specifically his brother. Due to this he often ends up getting into insult-matches and unnecessary contests with his brothers even during missions, in which others often have to intervene to knock him down a peg or two. Even with his rather immature behavior, he will become deathly serious if the situation calls for, acting with cold efficiency.
