Thank you for your patience with me, and I hope you're all well and keeping safe in these difficult times.

Here's some fan art I did for the artist Chuck Mullin.

Her comics really resonate with me for several reasons:

I've loved pigeons since early childhood, one of my first original characters as a child was a Pigeon super hero called S.P.G. and I made toys of him to play with at school.

Since beginning school, I have had problems with self esteem and nerves, which was largely due to having undiagnosed dyslexia and dyspraxia.

As I have gotten older, this developed into crippling mental health problems. I have been taking medication since 2006, which has helped somewhat, but I still struggle to secure well paid work, and constantly struggle through my self esteem issues to promote my work.

It helps to see Chuck address these trials and somewhat less palatable outcomes in her work, its incredibly validating.
