I've been wanting to make a protogen character for a while now, though I've been lazy until I found this base and stuff. I've been debating naming him koi or koishu but decided to name him koishu though koi or shu could be used for shortening the name.

yes, protogens can open their mouths. their visors are made of nanite stuff. this is really useful for understanding it a little more https://www.furaffinity.net/view/23147963/
I used Krita to color and shade it, or the less noticeable dots I used "Pixel Art Dithering" https://www.dropbox.com/s/jtzljgra5.....04314.jpg?dl=0
And for the bigger ones I used "Screentones Regular" https://www.dropbox.com/s/i7biw02at.....04427.jpg?dl=0
Though with Pixel art dithering it will look different if you're viewing it on mobile or on pc, depending on how far you're zoomed in or out. which I didn't know about before I did it.
