A hero who failed in his battle against a gorgon?

No, it's actually just a design for a character that I scrapped. I was TRYING to make a hero to be an ally of Butch, but I wanted him to be have a more nimble, gymnast form to contrast Butch's big brutishness... Well, I got ALL the way through inking, colouring, and shading this guy before I woke up one morning and decided he was too buff for the job (sue me)! I was throwing away the various layers and saw that the shading and highlights actually looked kind of cool without any colour behind them... Kind of like carved stone...

So POOF, I turned him into a statue and now he'll reside in my museum collecting cobwebs! (Don't worry, his spirit will be reincarnated as a slimmer, roguish fellow who you can probably already see in my gallery!)

He sort of reminds me of those statues at the beginning of Altered Beast...
