It's warm now, the sun is hidden behind thundering rainclouds out and the beach is open actually is finally. Gotta get out and enjoy the warmth while it's here and the tourists are slightly at bay.

That is a good question that I could not answer without making up some crazy lore on the spot that I wouldn't have otherwise made because I'd hate for him to have some crazy explanation for the character.
