I'm not too fond of dragons, to be honest. There's only a few things you can do with them which I find very limiting. Basically they're those huge streamlined bricks which may or may not have wings or scales or feathers or fur and impressive horns and who always look badass. Always. MAJESTIC FLYING BRICKS.
Oh well. Got some idea for a dragon like this regardless. Dunno about wings. It looks bare without them but then, I don't like drawing wings on bulky critters and it'd feel like a cop-out anyway.
I DUNNO MAN. None of the worlds I have right now have no use for dragons.
She seems pretty charming, though.

What you're saying totally makes sense about large critters and wings. If there's one thing nature has taught us on the subject, it is that gravity is a cruel mistress, and the bigger you are the crueler she is to you.. unless you live in water TuT Then you can be the biggest crazyass dragon you wannabe. Gotta have fins 'n shit though, wings ish ultra fail underwater -nodnod-
But of course, all I mean is that true wings are purely designed to catch air and created resistance- This is useless in water of course.. Water wings on the other hand, are made to catch only a very particular amount of resistance, thus the effectiveness in water ^.^
