This would be the impression of Keldyn as he's just trying to have fun with his Lucario rival. And as Im working on Lucario character too he would think he's the big shot also given the fact he would have an advantage on Tyrantrum being a Rock and Dragon type. But even a big dinosaur pokemon can show he is just as strong.
