Now here's a photo I've took when I was in the car a few nights ago when I was getting some Mexican food, check it out I have a Chikorita in my car and I'm really surprised to see her there while we are driving, I had to take a photo of it for one of the challenges that I was suppose to take of a grass type Pokémon. So it looks like Bulbasaur is going to have a girlfriend here and I can see why Chikorita can be Bulbasaurs girlfriend, because they're both grass types and they both have vine whips but then again maybe things might not workout for the both of them.
