This a picture i did for  littlebluewolfleo since I did Rain in a fallout 3 Style, its fair i do one of him in this format as well.

So introducing: Lieutenant Leo of Leo's Legacy. A mercenary group hired to help rid the wastelands of the nuisance of the Raiders to trading routes and travelers. Most recently Leo's Legacy has been in conflict with Rain's Raiders. Who knows how these two leaders will deal with the other.
