So IRL I have been trying to make improvements to my life. I've started doing exercise 3 times a week, I'm trying to work on my portion sizes for food, I've even kicked the nicotine habit (Which at the time of this posting I have been clean for 6 weeks now). Of course I still vape flavours I just don't have nicotine in the liquid. And finally, I have been looking into healthier meal options of existing meals I already love. Which has been pretty hard but I'm getting there.

So to reflect this I thought I would get Nate doing a little shopping for a meal he plans to cook. Lamb Kofta Curry (which I did actually make myself recently). And seeing how it is Summer I figured it was time for a slight outfit change and alter his hairstyle a little. I have a full ref sheet planned so keep an eye out for that
