Finally!! this is legit the second time ive done this thing! I dont know what open Canvas was doing. but when ever i worked on it...it went back to its previously saved format..... Like i Inked this picture one time already , pressed save and went on with my business ....the next day...it was back to the sketch...it didnt save over it with my inks. So this time i said Fuck it! Went to town and inked it alll over again. started coloring and kept saving every 30 minutes or something. So by the time i was done i was thinking "there....No damn way it didnt save my work this time" but just to be safe...i minimized the WIP and reopened the newly saved image...turns out it did the same thing!

PHEW!! I knew something was up! therefore i ended up having to save it as a new file, mayhaps the damn thing was corrupt. but all i know it was not gonna happen to me a second TIME!
