I dislike needles, too. I distinctly remember passing out when I got my finger pricked to get blood drawn.
I would definitely have trouble trying to accept tattoos, too. Well, except for the temporary variants. I will never be able to have pigment put under my skin, though.
Some people do not realize that in order to get tattoos, you are poked REPEATEDLY by not just ONE needle, but a whole CLUSTER of needles. Compared to the tiger that is a tattoo gun, a flu shot is a little kitten.
