When I asked 
theplazmaplayer to do a dragonriders of pern LARP with me, they apparently thought that meant "fly around together having pretend adventures" and not "clean me for hours".
At some point they start yelling about how long this is taking and how much I smell or something, so I squish their face into the grass until they're ready to get back to work.
I am a patient mount.
