A little over a year ago I started a journey I had no expectation of starting on; I joined the fandom. I was looking for a a bright spot in my life to help with the bit of a rough patch I was going through and I found it! I have met a lot of great people so far. I made some really close friendships and even explored a path that I had no idea was open to me. There is a very special person that helped guide me along with a mutual friend. I'll never forget what they have done for me <3

I have struggled finding the words to describe my identity to myself, let alone others. It has caused some strife with some of the people I have gotten close to this past year, but we are still able to talk. I have been branching out and as I talk to more people, I feel that I am getting comfortable with myself.

It's at this point that I can say that I am bi! (I still feel just stating being bi isn't a clear enough representation. I feel that I have a touch of demi mixed in too, but that's not the thing to focus on.)

I can finally feel better about myself and be more comfortable with who I am!
