The cashier is the cook, and waitress. They're on Eastern avenue, around Jones, I think. I didn't record the adrress, because they're not in my usual stomping grounds.

That looks like the inside of Gale's Snack Bar at Eastern and Carlaw; my brother and I sometime drive by there when we're out on grocery day in his work van, going south from Riverdale Plaza and No Frills (Carlaw and Gerrard) or coming north to the Plaza. I looked the location up online and the sandwich board, although it's been 13 years since you posted this photo, Kratsminsch, is the very same one.
