Lol. So I was looking up porcupines and found that the french word for them is literally translated to quill-pig. The whole thing conjured up this cute idea.
Also, point of interest, traditional Cree nations' artwork features designs made with porcupine quills. The whole practise was known as quill-work, and it produced mostly geometric patterns. Pretty time consuming but beautiful.
