black isn't blue color. and eyes are different. I see yours have a slightly brown-ish tint, Ben's are light red. Ben's crest is "bald" and he has female markings on head, which symbolizes his femboy nature.

1: the designs are different
2: the designs colors are different
3: your eye are red and black, his is red and pinkish

so by that i conclude they are different avali. plus you said it yourself: "almost identical"... I dont see why all the freaking out about is... heck my avail is somewhat similar to lets say Avaiis, I dont see him whining about that since they are different avail :P

I apologize for my part if I added fuel to the fire.
I was commenting that it looked similar, and the red eyes against a white body was the primary reason for that. I have nothing against your colour pallet, and I certainly don't own white and black avali colours.
I am sorry if my commenting that we looked similar caused either of you hardship, it was never my intention.
