This here started out as one of the tutorials from my Blender book. Although it was just a quick tutorial to show you how to do something called a 'spin dup', I took the project all the way, including materials, textures and ray tracing which is several chapters ahead of where I'm at. (Not too shabby for not knowing what I'm doing eah? =)
Anyway it's called Fender time, mostly because the actual model is set to 5:02 which as I'm sure you can figure out is not a number Fender wants to hear about right now :p. (This is of course the joke of the picture, as Blender was originally produced by a company in the Netherlands called NAN, or Not A Number) When I originally thought up the idea and joke I imagined the new server having this as it's desktop. *chuckles*
Dedicated to our lovable mascot Fender and the staff of FA for putting up with all us arse hats =)
