Ruskia is a traveling fortune teller who tells people about their future, or sells them some lucky charms to give them good fortune. Ruskia does her fortune telling at the small mining town "Badford" with her younger sister, Veronica does her dancing to attract costumers, they do very well making enough coins to last them a day. When, Ruskia does her fortune telling, she kept her eyelids closed, making it like that she was actually blind, but can felt the spirit plains that help her predict the future. In truth, Ruskia does have physic abilities of predicting the future, but since she and her little grew up as orphans, Ruskia learned some of the minor skills in physic reading.
Beside from fortune telling, Ruskia enjoy swimming at the nearby pond, or lake. Some people usually see her as a simple Tauren, since they only see her face from her long dress outfit, but in secret, Ruskia is a hybrid Tauren/crocodile having a long crocodile like tail, and most of her body had some scales. In the village hybrid aren't really that welcome do of the church thinking of them as bad luck. Ruskia does her best to hid away of what she is, but keep an extra eye on her little sister as well.

I'm going to be honest, I don't think she was welcome because she was a hybrid. Jesus let ALL people come to him. But maybe because Jerimiah 27:9 states: "So do not listen to your prophets, your diviners, your dreamers, your fortune-tellers, or your sorcerers, who are saying to you, ‘You shall not serve the king of Babylon.’" But that's just what I think. I don't know for sure.
The church in the town of Bradford isn't exactly what I would call a good church. They use strict rules on simple that sound crazy, but some of the people live there sometimes follow them. The Capital City which miles away from Bradford, the temple follow the elders dragon teaching, and accept everyone. Course the grand priest, priestess, and monks are made of dragons, and naga, but the followers that listens to the teachings are hybrids.
