These creatures may not seem like much but they can cause serious trouble. For starters they aren’t exactly in the same realm as a person is. They exist on a sort of spirit world. So they aren’t visible to anybody, they would have to some special device. Though if you see one in your dream be weary, they could be trying to posses you, and once they do, you’re stuck in the spirit world. Once you’re in it the world you won’t be able to interact with anybody in our world, until you get your body back.
