"Ivel Vilen is one of the major antagonists in Gaiagal and makes his first appearance in Gaiagal and The Space Rose; the series' first theatrical release. He is an anthropomorphic penguin from the Arctic, a portion of Earth populated by animals suited for the cold temperatures. His motives in his genocidal ambitions stem from the Earth's rising global temperature melting the ice caps, destroying his home and even Barthalomew and Joshua's respective kingdoms."

Begin anew..this sounds familiar, but I can't out my finger on it
Restarting the world is such a unique concept, it's usually just to destroy or rule the world, the only game I've ever played with a plot like Gaigel (I know its a show, not a game) is the story of Splatoon 2's Octo Expansion, kind of a dark plot for a "kid's game" (I use that term loosely)
