Yes, the smiley is officially part of the title. I even put it into the title block on the MC-909. The genesis of this tune, believe it or not, was that hilarious lo-fi orchestral hit. I found it in a menu of percussion effects and I thought, 'Oh man, I have _got_ to use that'. I broke it out on to its own patch so I could change the pitch.
